  • New roofs and coverings

  • Full renovation of all existing sash vertical sliding windows throughout the property

  • All surfaces inside the property re-plastered

  • All flooring renovated and finishes laid

  • Regency staircase renovations

  • Specialist plaster coving detail renovation

  • Interior and exterior extensive decorating scheme

  • New kitchens and bathrooms

  • Fireplace works

  • Plant room

  • New aluminium heritage windows and door in basement and side extension

  • Partial landscaping scheme.

This project was demanding, and incredibly rewarding - having seen such a stunning property brought back to life and into the present day, we are both jubilant and quietly mourning that the project is over.
